Position: Splunk Consultant

Location: Sandy Springs, GA

Type: Contract

 

Job Description :

• Requires at least 7 years systems engineering experience
• Proven experience administering using Splunk Manager/ Administrator
• Proven experience administering using Splunk CLI (Command line interface) commands
• Proven hands on development and customization of Splunk using its XML templates and advanced configuration and macros. Building Splunk App, dashboards with search forms and views, packaging and distribution
• Understanding of Networking Firewalls, Load Balancers, and VPN's
• Demonstrated ability to work on Windows and Linux/Unix platforms
• Advanced scripting knowledge (bash/ksh,PowerShell,Python,Perl, or Groovy)
• JavaScript and Java Application Development or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Regular Expressions
• Experience with creating automation flows using tools like Bladelogic, IPCenter, or similar
